The Progress Hub is an interactive robotics display on the first floor of Nike’s NYC 5th Avenue location, House of Innovation. The consumer is prompted to answer a series of questions on a touch screen, which then generate a custom printed ID card to be delivered via robot alongside a limited series t-shirt in the size of their choice. The ID card displays their name and location, as well as a QR code that redirects them to a microsite with links to their chosen workouts, playlists, and smoothie recipe. Their name, location, and fitness pledge are simultaneously printed from a receipt printer located at the front of the installation.
