Our facilities include a handful of 20k + sq/ft buildings for offices, creative technology labs, carpentry / metals shops, and open flex spaces for development and tech-ups of projects both small and massive.
We are strategically located in North Philly’s “workshop of the world” corridor with huge industrial spaces that are driving distance to New York, DC, Chicago, & Boston, as well as streamlined freight from our docks nationally.
